   I'm James Dauer, I'm a first year student at McKendree and come from a long background of private education, so I'm used to the small school environment.

    I was never adamantly into anime until I was about 12 when I saw the show Samurai Pizza Cats. I must say I taped darn near every episode and have most of them today. My favorites animes include Excel Saga, Fooly Cooly, Cowboy Bebop, and Dragon Ball (the original one from the early 80's).

    For me, my passion lies mostly in videogames. I've been playing since I was 4. I like all genres, but my favorites are RPGs. I'm an adamant fan of Final Fantasy. I have them all in one form or another. My favorite is FF6, hands down. Also, people who know me know I'm a Sonic the Hedgehog freak (Sonuckles is a combination of Sonic and Knuckles). Sonic CD is my second favorite game.

    I'm somewhat artistic. My friends and I used to draw stick figure comics when we were little. I haven't been up to any serious drawing lately. Mostly I doodle in my notebooks and toss around ideas in my mind. As it is, I have three comic ideas (the biggest one being my old stick comic Eagle Kid) but I just haven't drawn any of them yet.

    My major is computer science. I hope to either go to DiGi Pen after McKendree, or get together with my friends, Jonathan and Edward, to start our own entertainment company, Visual Dreams and Son Company (no, there isn't really a 'son').
